General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationship between BaZi Révélation™ (hereinafter "the Provider") and any individual (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the bazi-revelation.com website.

2. Services offered

The site offers the following services:

• BaZi Mini-Analysis (free): basic BaZi report automatically generated from the Customer's birth data.
• Complete BaZi Analysis (€47): in-depth BaZi report generated by artificial intelligence, including detailed sections on personality, career, relationships, health and personalized advice.
• Premium Strategic BaZi Reading (€97): complete BaZi report enriched by AI with an answer to a personalized question from the Customer, including all Complete BaZi Analysis sections plus a specific analysis.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes on the offers page. The Provider reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order and payment

The Customer places an order by filling out the birth data form, choosing an offer and proceeding to secure payment via Stripe. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email may be sent to the address provided.

5. Delivery

The BaZi report is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, in the form of an online consultation and a PDF download. The Customer can access their report from the results page.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment (BaZi report generated and accessible online). By confirming their order, the Customer acknowledges expressly waiving their right of withdrawal for the provision of this digital content.

7. Liability

BaZi reports are provided for informational and personal development purposes. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological). The Provider disclaims all liability for decisions made by the Customer based on these reports.

8. Intellectual property

The generated reports are intended for the Customer's personal and private use. Any reproduction, resale or public distribution is prohibited without the Provider's written authorization.

9. AI-assisted generation

BaZi reports are produced using an artificial intelligence system, based on the birth data provided by the Customer and following traditional BaZi principles. The Customer is informed of this and accepts this generation method by confirming their order.

10. Complaints

For any complaint, the Customer may contact the Provider at: contact@bazi-revelation.com.

11. Applicable law

These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Nantes shall have sole jurisdiction, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
